Inforge Tech and Consulting Pvt. Ltd. ("Inforge," "we," "our," or "us") is an Infor ERP consulting and training firm. We provide implementation, support, customization, and training services for Infor ERP platforms including Infor LN, Infor M3, Infor SyteLine CSI, and related products. 2. Information We Collect

We collect information you voluntarily provide when you:

• Submit a contact form — name, email address, phone number, and your message.
• Enroll in a training programme — name, organization, team size, email, phone, preferred start date, and selected courses.
• Apply for a career position — name, email, phone, years of experience, and LinkedIn/portfolio URL.
• Join our community — name, email, phone, and primary Infor ERP module of interest.

We do not collect any information automatically (no cookies, trackers, or analytics scripts are embedded on this website at this time).

3. How We Use Your Information

The information you provide is used solely to:

• Respond to your enquiry or contact request.
• Process and confirm your training enrollment and send course access details.
• Communicate payment instructions for enrolled programmes.
• Process career applications and communicate regarding open positions.
• Activate and manage community memberships.
• Improve our services and training offerings based on aggregate feedback.

We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing without your explicit consent and we do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage

Enrollment and contact form submissions are temporarily stored in your browser's local storage on your own device and are exported to a secure, password-protected spreadsheet managed by our team. No personal data is stored on external servers beyond what is necessary to deliver our services.

Email confirmation services are provided by EmailJS (emailjs.com). When an enrollment confirmation email is sent, minimal data (name, email, course details) is processed through EmailJS servers solely for the purpose of email delivery. EmailJS's own privacy policy applies to this processing.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose for which it was collected — typically for the duration of a training engagement or active business relationship, plus up to 3 years thereafter for business records and legal compliance. Career application data is retained for 12 months and then securely deleted unless you are engaged in an active hiring process.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable and appropriate steps to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Access to personal data collected through our website is restricted to authorized Inforge personnel only.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction — request that inaccurate or incomplete data be corrected.
• Deletion — request that your personal data be deleted, subject to any legal obligations we may have to retain it.
• Withdrawal of consent — withdraw any consent you have given for us to process your data.
